Florida Tan/TAN ONE Customers:

I am deeply saddened to inform you that the Owner, CEO and President of Florida Tan Centres and TAN ONE, Larry Fleschner, has passed away after a very long and courageous battle with cancer. To allow our staff the opportunity to attend the funeral services, we will be closing our stores on Friday, October 5, 2007.

Larry was not only a very respected businessman within the tanning industry, but he was also a very caring man who was loved by all who worked for him. Larry loved the tanning business, as well as everything and everyone associated with the industry, but especially his employees and customers. Florida Tan Centres and TAN ONE will continue to successfully operate with the same integrity as we have under Larry’s leadership and guidance for the last 23 years. 

I have had the privilege and honor of working for Larry for over 15 years. I consider myself blessed to have been in Larry’s life. He was not only my boss and mentor, but most importantly he was my friend.

We love you Larry and will miss you tremendously!
